BioI'm married to John. I was a licensed veterinary technician (I did not renew at the end of 2005). We own 2 pugs (Miko and Percy), 2 cockatiel birds (Gracie and Buster). I love to cook! I'm also back into FurryMuck as Chayde (a spotted hyena) that I was on when I was going to Va Tech. I am also on Tapestries as Ellynee (a pug). I've been knitting for about 2 years now and enjoying it immensely. I was a Chef at my last job, but then I starting having some medical problems. I have now had the left lobe of my liver removed due to benign tumors that were causing me pain, and found out my liver is 90% fat. My doctor advised that I change to a vegetarian diet (A la Dr. Ornish) but I am actually trying to work towards a Vegan diet (a la Dr. McDougall). It seems most of my entries now revolve around me getting used to my new lifestyle change and knitting. I'm going to start looking for a new job in 2007 and I'm not sure what I'll decide to be this time!
